Develops and administers programs to facilitate the public use and enjoyment of County parks, playgrounds, the Watchung Reservation, open spaces and places of recreation, operates all County recreation facilities, and  coordinates park and recreation facilities, programs and special events of the County with other public and private recreational facilities within the County.
