The Bureau of Governmental Relations and Community Outreach identifies and analyzes opportunities for shared programming, plans and executes outreach efforts as well as overseeing grants and  advocacy programs.  Additionally the Bureau plans and manages interagency relationships that are not otherwise addressed by individual Departments in their daily course of operations.
