Provides an outlet for homeowners to properly dispose of household hazardous waste and works in compliance with Union County’s Environmental Health Work Programs. Disseminates environmental education material to residents and schools on recycling and buy-recycled programs. Implements the state’s “Right to Know” and Clean Communities grant programs.
