Candidate Nominating Petitions for all elective County Offices including Freeholder, Clerk, Sheriff, Surrogate and local elective candidates, independent candidates and School Board candidates are available at the Election Office for distribution.

Voters who wish to declare their affiliation with a political party may do so by completing the form below and sending it to their union County Board of Elections, 271 N. Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07208-3702. The form must be filed 50 days before the June Primary Election to be valid for that election.
