The New Family Court Building will house six (6) Courtrooms, Union County Improvement Authority, and Union County. The proposed breakdown of the space allocations are:

Union County: 18,992 Sq. Ft. 24%

State of NJ Superior Court: 55,623 Sq. Ft. 71%

UC Improvement Authority: 3,190 Sq. Ft. 4%

This building will also be LEED Certified.
