Coordinates the Ryan White Treatment Extension Act and Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) programs for Union County residents.  Services include but are not limited to emergency medical care, mental health and substance abuse treatment, medical and non-medical case management, emergency financial assistance for utilities and back rent, nutrition services, medical transportation, legal services, and long term rental assistance.
