Freeholder Kowalski Sworn In as Chairwoman |

Superior Court Judge Walter R. Barisonek (L) administers the oath of office to the newly elected Freeholder Chairwoman Bette Jane Kowalski (2nd L) of Cranford who will lead the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders in 2007. Holding the Bible are the Chairwoman’s husband, Andy Lanset (2nd R) and her parents Ed and Irene Kowalski. Chairwoman Kowalski was sworn-in during Union County government’s 150th reorganization ceremony on January 7 at the Union County Courthouse in Elizabeth. |
