Union County Sheriff Ralph Froehlich (C) presents retired officer badges to (from left) Officer Thomas Rapuano, Officer Joseph Kajewski, Officer Donald White and Sergeant Robert Rickvalsky. (Not Pictured) Detective Frank Bartone and Sergeant Earnie Treadwell also received shields upon their recent retirement. The six officers represent a combined total of 150 years of experience with the Sheriff’s Office and a total of 53 commendation & recognition awards. |
