Union County Gets Rebate

New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Commissioner Joseph Fiordaliso (C) presents Freeholder Chairwoman Bette Jane Kowalski and Freeholder Vice Chairman Angel G. Estrada with a rebate check for $52,146 for the county’s participation in the Smart Start Buildings Program. The rebate is for lighting improvements at Runnells Specialized Hospital in Berkeley Heights and the Ralph Oriscello Correctional Facility in Elizabeth.
