Teen Arts Fest White Oak Painting

Elizabeth artist Dario Scholis speaks about his painting of a white oak tree with Union County Freeholder Chairwoman Bette Jane Kowalski at the annual Union County Teen Arts Festival on March 15 at Union County College in Cranford. Students will paint leaves on the white oak, the official tree of Union County.
