Peters, a leukemia survivor, was promoting his Love Hope Strength Foundation which was formed to fight cancer. Peters and The Alarm will perform at Union County’s Musicfest ’07 at Nomahegan Park in Cranford on September 15. The free outdoor concert will be preceded by a walkathon with the Love Hope Strength Foundation to raise funds and awareness in the battle against cancer (www.lovehopestrength.com).
