"Young Writers of Union County" 6th Grade Winners

Union County Freeholder Chairwoman Bette Jane Kowalski (2nd L) and Freeholder Deborah Scanlon (2nd R) present resolutions to (from left) Emma Biddulph of Carl H. Kumpf Middle School in Clark, Rocco Fresco of St. Michael’s Parish School in Union and Antonio Sapienza of St. Genevieve’s School in Elizabeth congratulating them on winning the 6th grade category of the 2007 Union County Shade Tree Commission “Young Writers of Union County” contest. Sapienza took first place, Fresco second and Biddulph third for their writings in honor of Arbor Day.
