Union County Freeholder Vice Chairman Angel G. Estrada, Gina Kratzer (R) of Kenilworth and her sons Joseph and Joshua watch Freeholder Chairwoman Bette Jane Kowalski cut the ribbon to start the March of Dimes WalkAmerica 2007 on April 29 in Nomahegan Park in Cranford. Proceeds from WalkAmerica support the March of Dimes mission of preventing birth defects and infant mortality through research, education, community services and advocacy.
