Union County Freeholder Chairwoman Bette Jane Kowalski (C) presents a resolution to Elizabethtown Gas Community Outreach Manager Tim Williams (2nd L) and Union Region Manager Tony Pugliese thanking them for their continued support of Union County’s artist community and for hosting the county-sponsored art exhibits at the Elizabethtown Gas Co. Liberty Hall Center in Union.. They are joined by Director Barbara Fuller (2nd R) and Libby Reid from the Union County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs.
