Union County Freeholder Chairwoman Bette Jane Kowalski congratulates Allison Barry of Cranford on winning first place in the 2007 Union County Employee Art Show in the Youth (under 12) category during the opening reception at the Elizabethtown Gas Co. Liberty Hall Center in Union. The exhibit and contest, co-sponsored by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders and The National Arts Program Foundation, is open to Union County employees and their relatives.
