Andrianie Harris of Rahway Honored

Union County Freeholder Chester Holmes presents Andrianie Harris of Rahway with a resolution congratulating her on being a 2007 winner of the New Jersey Association of Counties Foundation’s annual Partners in Education Excellence Scholarship. Harris will receive a one-time grant of $500.00 to attend a community college of her choice in Union County for this fall. Only one student from each county in New Jersey is chosen.
