Union County Hosts “Idea Exchange” Networking Meeting
for Arts Groups, Oct. 10 - Deadline for Registration is Oct. 3

RAHWAY, NJ – Is your organization involved in arts programming? A networking workshop may be just the thing for you. Don’t miss the opportunity to share resources with other organizations. Sponsored by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs, this event will be held Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Arts Guild of Rahway,
1670 Irving Street, Rahway.

Linda M. Czipo, Executive Director of the Center for Non-Profits will provide introductory remarks and discuss trends, challenges and opportunities for the
non-profit community in today’s environment.

Breakout sessions will be facilitated by Andy Chiang, Executive Director of the
Nai-Ni Chen Dance Co; David Winitsky, Producing Director of the Playwrights Theatre; and consultants Anne Dunning, Arts Action Research and Suzanne Clare LaRosa.

The Union County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs, Department of Economic Development, is presenting the workshop. The event is funded in part by a grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts.
