Honoring Bill Smith of Roselle Park

Union County Freeholder Rick Proctor presents Bill Smith of Roselle Park with a resolution congratulating him on being elected as president of the board of Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey. Mr. Smith is a program specialist with the Union County Department of Human Services. Cerebral Palsy of New Jersey is a non-profit agency that provides a wide variety of services to children and adults with all types of disabilities.
