Freeholders Honor Scotch Plains Police Officer

Union County Freeholder Vice Chairman Alex Mirabella (2nd R) presents a resolution to Scotch Plains Police Officer Brian Cheney (R) honoring and congratulating him on delivering a baby, Hemanth Ram Boga (C), in the back of a car in the early hours of January 22. They are joined by the proud and thankful parents, Dr. Sobhana Babu Boga, his wife Bala Raghavulu and their son Gohith Krishna Boga.
