Union County Freeholder Chairman Angel G. Estrada (R) and Freeholder Bette Jane Kowalski present James Keefe of Scotch Plains with a resolution congratulating him on being awarded the New Jersey Human Relations Commission’s Unity Award for Law Enforcement. Mr. Keefe, former First Assistance Prosecutor in the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, was recognized at the 7th Annual Unity Achievement Award Presentation hosted by the Union County Human Relations Commission (UCHRC) in Union.
