Union County Freeholder Rayland Van Blake helps Kimberly Mace (L) and Yolonda Williams from GlaxoSmithKline unload clothes donated by the pharmaceutical company’s employees to Union County’s “Cinderella’s Closet” at the Park Madison complex in Plainfield. The employees donated hundreds of items of clothing including suits, dress pants, ties and other businees attire. “Cinderella’s Closet” provides clothing and accessories suitable for job interviews and the workplace to county residents who are entering or re-entering the workforce. The program is operated jointly by the Union County Department of Human Services, Division of Workforce Development Operations’ One-Stop Career Center, and the New Jersey Department of Labor.
