De Sol to Perform Free Concert of Latin Rock Music at Echo Lake Park, July 16

DeSol - Free Concert of Latin Rock Music at Echo Lake Park, July 16

MOUNTAINSIDE/WESTFIELD, NJ – The Union County Summer Arts Festival concert series continues on Wednesday, July 16, featuring De Sol and their blend of Latin rhythms and American rock and pop music. The Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders, led by Chairman Angel G. Estrada, invites the public to attend this free concert which begins at 7:30 p.m. in Echo Lake Park.

De Sol is a popular group of musicians from New Jersey and New York who got their start in Asbury Park in 2002. Their eclectic combination of Latin rhythms and straight-up American pop and rock creates a mainstream sound and beat that everyone will enjoy.

Freeholder Chairman Estrada urges you to “bring the whole family, pack a picnic basket, bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on, and enjoy the lively sounds of summer with these popular multi-talented musicians.”

The Union County information van will be at the concert site, along with representatives from the Runnells Specialized Hospital of Union County and the Union County Bureau of Planning and Environmental Conservation, to answer questions and offer information about interesting programs available to Union County residents.

The other free concerts in the Union County Summer Arts Festival series include:
