Discover the Fun in Science at The Anti-Gravity Show at Trailside, July 23

with Lisa Lou from Encore Performing Arts, Inc.

MOUNTAINSIDE, NJ – As part of Trailside Nature & Science Center’s Wednesday Matinee series this summer, the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders is pleased to announce a unique and lively performance entitled, “The Anti-Gravity Show,” with Lisa Lou from Encore Performing Arts, Inc. on Wednesday, July 23 at 1:30 p.m.

Using everyday household objects and lots of audience participation, Lisa Lou offers a humorous and exciting performance incorporating “kid friendly” demonstrations on the principles of sound waves, centrifugal force, balance, energy, gravity and motion.

“Your family will be amazed and entertained with astounding circus and magic tricks that actually have scientific explanations,” said Freeholder Chairman Angel G. Estrada. “Lisa Lou makes science fun for families of all ages.”

Tickets will go on sale a half hour before the show begins. The fee is $4 per person and is recommended for ages 4 and older. No infants or babies in strollers are allowed in the auditorium. Call Trailside for information regarding group rates.
