Patriots' Path Council Honorees

Union County Freeholder Chairman Angel G. Estrada (2nd L) presents resolutions to Victor Richel of Berkeley Heights (L), Diane Litterer of Roselle Park and Father Donald Hummel congratulating them on receiving the 2008 Lifetime Achievement Recognition Award from the Patriots’ Path Council, Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Richel is the President and CEO of the Richel Family Foundation, Chairman of the Board at Trinitas Hospital and Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Union County College. Mrs. Litterer is the Executive Director of the New Jersey Prevention Network. Fr. Hummel is Director of Priest Formation with the Archdiocese of Newark and the chaplain for many area law enforcement agencies. The Patriots’ Path Council, Boy Scouts of America is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to preparing young people to make ethical choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of good character, citizenship and personal fitness.
