Union County Freeholder Nancy Ward (2nd L) of Linden is sworn in for her second full term as Freeholder by Judge Walter R. Barisonek during Union County Government’s 152nd Annual Reorganization on January 4, 2009 at the Union County Courthouse in Elizabeth. Freeholder Ward’s sister, Josie (2nd R), holds the Bible. Her other sister, Eileen, is holding the Freeholder’s daughter, Josielee.
