Union County Freeholder Chairman Al Mirabella (R), Freeholder Vice Chairman Dan Sullivan (L) and Freeholders Bette Jane Kowalski (2nd L) and Nancy Ward (C) present a resolution to Denise Miles of Summit congratulating her on receiving the 2009 Women of Excellence Award for Volunteerism during the 17th annual Women of Excellence dinner in Garwood on March 27. The honorees are selected by the Commission on the Status of Women which is sponsored by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
