4th OF JULY FIREWORKS SET FOR CRANFORD
Union County and Cranford partner to bring fireworks display to Nomahegan Park

Cranford, NJ – A traditional 4th of July celebration is on tap for Cranford this year, complete with a fireworks display thanks to a continuing partnership between the township and the County of Union.

“For about ten years now, Union County has pitched in to make this a big community-wide celebration, and we’re pleased to help Cranford continue the tradition,” said Union County Freeholder Chairman Alexander Mirabella.

“We’d like to thank all of our partners, including Union County and the many Cranford civic and business groups that contribute their time, money, and effort, for bringing us all together for a great 4th of July celebration,” said Cranford Mayor David W. Robinson.

As in past years, Cranford’s 4th of July celebration will be held in Nomahegan Park, part of the Union County parks system.  Union County will also contribute $5,000 and the cost of police support.
