Union County Freeholders Angel G. Estrada (L) and Dan Sullivan present Leighann Moreira of Elizabeth with a resolution congratulating her on receiving the Youth of the Year Award from the City of Elizabeth during the city’s Youth in Government Day. Moreira was honored during the Freeholders Mobile Meeting at the Union County Performing Arts Center in Rahway.
