Union County Freeholder Chairman Alexander Mirabella (3rd R) and Freeholders Rick Proctor (2nd R) and Chester Holmes (R) present a resolution to Rahway High School Principal Paula Braxton, student/actor Russell Jenkins and Ron Dolce (L), RHS Performing Arts Department Program Director, congratulating the Performing Arts Department on winning four Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards for their production of “The Will Rodgers Follies.” The resolution was presented during the Freeholders Mobile Meeting at the Union County Performing Arts Center in Rahway.
