Westfield, NJ – Even with the hectic pace of modern life, it is possible to make nutritious home cooked meals a regular part of a healthy diet. Dr. Karen Ensle, a nutrition expert who is head of the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Union County, will show how it can be done at a free seminar called “10 Tips for Eating Healthy on the Run.”
The seminar is scheduled for Thursday, October 29, 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Extension offices, located in the Union County services building at 300 North Avenue East in Westfield. “10 Tips for Eating Healthy on the Run” will show to make healthier food choices, modify recipes, cut calories, and lose weight with quick and easy nutritious meals and snacks.
