(Center from left cutting ribbon) Victor Richel, Chairman of the Board of Union County College, Dr. Thomas Brown, President of Union County College and Union County Freeholder Chairman Alexander Mirabella join other officials in cutting the ribbon to celebrate the opening of the five-story Elizabeth I. Kellogg Union County College building in midtown Elizabeth. The $47 million building, developed by the Union County Improvement Authority, houses degree programs, continuing education offerings, a lecture hall, a state of the art information commons and library, and serves as the new home for the Trinitas School of Nursing.
