Families-in-crisis can benefit from professional guidance and support to prevent or better manage their child or teen’s behaviors that may place their safety at risk.
Our staff of trained case managers can help parents and kids explore and act on solutions to problems such as truancy, runaway behavior, poor school performance, mental health issues, substance abuse and related personal problems.
Client confidentiality is a quality standard at the Youth Services Bureau. In the event that a referral for specialized services is necessary, we obtain your written authorization to share your case information with the accepting agency to ensure that privacy of your request for services is respected and protected.
After 5PM weekdays and during weekends and holidays, we operate a 24/7 family crisis intervention service.
