{"id":5264,"date":"2026-07-29T17:17:53","date_gmt":"2026-07-29T17:17:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ucnj.org\/dhs\/?page_id=5264"},"modified":"2026-09-30T21:45:51","modified_gmt":"2026-09-30T21:45:51","slug":"fy2026-supernofo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ucnj.org\/dhs\/fy2026-supernofo\/","title":{"rendered":"FY2026 CoC SuperNOFO Application"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide tw-cols-stack-md tw-gutter-large is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"--col-width:60%;flex-basis:60%\">\n<h5 id=\"overview\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Please Note (As of 9-21-2026)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#b62f2f\"><strong><strong>The US District Court has authorized the U.S. Department of Housing &amp; Urban Development (HUD) to re-open its FY2026 CoC SuperNOFO Application to accept applications with a new deadline of September 30, 2026 at 8:00PM ET. <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#b62f2f\"><strong><strong>The NOFO is unchanged except for the new deadline and the technical correction in the below bullet:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-3\" style=\"color:#b62f2f\"><strong>CoCs that have not yet notified project applicants whether they were selected for the Priority Listing may do so now. &nbsp;HUD has made a technical correction to the NOFO to reduce the 15-day notification requirement to 7 days.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 id=\"overview\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application was prepared by the lead Union County CoC with the recommendations from the CoC Priority Ranking Committee (CPR).
