Notes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Punches are controlled via GPS and your manager will be able to ensure that you are at approved location.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kindly Punch IN\/OUT for lunch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you miss a punch<\/strong> you should advise your supervisor via e-mail for record purposes <em>and\u00a0<\/em>submit a &#8216;missed punch&#8217; request using the UKG app. <a href=\"#missed\">Instructions below<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When punching in screen may appear greyed out, just the exact name as you see above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first time you open this app, you will be prompted for the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Region: <strong>North America<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Shortname:\u00a0 <strong>COUNTYOFUNION<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Username: Employee Id Number (including leading zeros) see your stub, call payroll 527-4082 or e-mail <a href=\"mailto:Lduran@ucnj.org\">Lduran@ucnj.org<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Password: <strong>123456<\/strong> (unless already changed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once App is on your cell, allow UKG ready to access location services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may have to go into your phone settings and
