Late Summer Surprises!
Look what we found! Purple eggplant, beautiful zinnias and our tomatillo plant is ready to harvest. Salsa anyone?!?!?!

FSPY Still Growing Strong!
Our square-foot garden is continuing to grow. We have begun to harvest our yellow tomatoes and zucchini squash. Members love them. Cucumbers are huge and our summer camp made several cucumber salads these past few weeks. Zinnias are so pretty!
We Are Growing!
Thank you so much, Union County! We have green beans, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes. We picked radishes, carrots and lettuce already!
Getting Ready for Winter
As the days get shorter, we see the end of our vegetables, but our flowers are as vibrant as ever! It’s time to prepare for winter! Thank you, Union County, for your help. It was a very good year!

Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA has welcomed us for a tour of their unique garden!
While there are many unique and fascinating plants throughout all the garden we have visited, there’s one in this YMCA that caught our eye.
Can anyone guess what it’s called?
