A Roselle man faces life in prison after he pled guilty to an armed robbery in Elizabeth 2010, announced Prosecutor Theodore J. Romankow.
Derrick Fullman DOB: 2/20/1981, a confirmed member of the Crips Street Gang pled guilty this morning to two counts of 1st Degree Robbery and weapon offenses, said Assistant Prosecutor Brent A. Bramnick, who prosecuted the case.
On May 19, 2010, Fullman walked into a neighborhood grocery store on First Street in Elizabeth, brandished a handgun, and demanded money from the storeowner and an employee. He made off with roughly $600, said Bramnick. Following an investigation he was arrested a month later in Roselle.
Sentencing is scheduled for June 29, 2012.
