Access to the Union County Prosecutor’s office during the ongoing public health crisis

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID19, public access to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office is being limited, and our on-site workforce has been reduced. These dramatic steps have been taken to protect the residents of Union County as well as the members of our staff. Please know that the critical operations of this Office are ongoing and we continue to protect and serve the Union County community.

If you are encountering an emergency, please call 911. If you need to report a non-emergent matter, please contact your local police department.

If you are in need of immediate assistance from a member of the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, please contact the front desk at 908-527-4500. In the alternative, you may communicate with the Prosecutor’s Office by forwarding an email to ucpo@ucnj.org.

If you are a victim and need to contact your victim-witness advocate or an assistant prosecutor, you may contact them at their individualized County email address. General victim witness concerns can be submitted via email at unionvw@ucnj.org.

To members of the Judiciary and the defense bar, please know that every assistant prosecutor is working. Our assistant prosecutors can be reached via email and/or office-issued cell phone.
