Eighth Anniversary of Fatal Linden Shooting

Today marks eight years since the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Amber Duncan-Wilson in Linden. As the investigation continues, acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay V. Ruotolo and Linden Police Chief David Hart urge anyone with information regarding Duncan-Wilson’s death to come forward.

At 11:55 pm on July 9, 2012, Amber Duncan-Wilson was walking on the 500 block of Hussa St. in Linden when she was fatally shot. Witnesses in the area reported hearing an argument moments before the sound of gunshots.
