In the early morning hours of Saturday, August 12th, Elizabeth Police Officers responded to the area of North Broad Street and Magnolia Avenue in Elizabeth after reports of a male with a gunshot wound. Upon their arrival, they located the victim, 27-year-old Jameer Outsey of Bridgewater, who was transported to a local area hospital where he was subsequently pronounced dead.
