2020 – 2021 Public Meeting Schedule

In accordance with the provisions of P.L. 1975 Chapter 231, “Open Public Meetings Act,” the Union County Board of Taxation at the Annual Reorganization meeting held on Friday May 1st, 2020 established the following schedule of meetings to be held from May 1st, 2020 through the annual Reorganization meeting of the Union County Board of Taxation on Tuesday May 4th,2021.

Due to the public health emergency caused by COVID-19, and the subsequent issuance of the Governor’s Executive Order 107, the Union County Board of Taxation effective April 16, 2020 and until further notice, will conduct all future meetings remotely by teleconference without providing a physical meeting place.

The Boards meeting schedule will remain unchanged. The public can participate via teleconference by calling 1-646-741-5292 and access code 111-1310-5580 at the scheduled meeting time.The public is required to announce their presence on the call and wait until the Public Comment portion of the meeting to address the Board.

All meetings will be held at the Union County Board of Taxation, 3rd Floor Hearing Room, 271 North Broad Street, Elizabeth, NJ. Meetings are subject to change, upon notice.
