COUNTY OF UNION

Notice to Proposers

SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Director of the Division of Purchasing of the County of Union, New Jersey or her designee on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, in the 3rd floor conference room, Union County Administration Building, 10 Elizabethtown Plaza, Elizabeth, New Jersey for:

RCCP # 1-2019 – COMPREHENSIVE INSTITUTIONAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES

Proposals are being solicited through a competitive contract process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-4.5i and in accordance with the specifications and forms of the proposal packages furnished by the Division of Purchasing. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in; the proposal.

 

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site tour will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Union County Freeholder Conference Room, (Administration Building-6th floor),10 Elizabethtown Plaza, Elizabeth, New Jersey.

 

One (1) original and three (3) hard copies of the technical proposal shall be submitted in sealed packaging and clearly marked with the proposal number and name, name and address of the proposer, phone and fax numbers, and date of the proposal opening.  An original and 3 copies of the cost proposal, work sheets, and staffing matrix shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the proposal number and name, name and address of the proposer, phone and fax numbers, and date of the proposal opening. Three (3) PDF electronic copies on a CD or Thumb Drive shall also be submitted.

 

Each proposal must be delivered to reach the Division of Purchasing prior to the stated time of the opening of the proposals. The County of Union will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Postal Service or any other carrier.   No late proposals will be accepted.

Proposers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.

Proposals may be obtained on-line at www.ucnj.org, in person from the Division of Purchasing (3rd floor) Union County Administration Building, 10 Elizabethtown Plaza, Elizabeth, New Jersey, or via U,S.
