Bid Packages may also be obtained in person from the Division of Engineering at 2325 South Avenue, Scotch Plains, New Jersey 07076 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. weekdays upon payment of a non-refundable money order or bank check in the amount of $275.00 made payable to the County of Union. No Personal \/ Company checks will be accepted. Requests for mailing of specifications will not be honored.
