Welcome!
The Union County Motion Picture & Television Advisory Board was created to promote economic development through collaboration with the film and television industry in Union County, New Jersey.
The Advisory Board consists of industry professionals, local stakeholders, and community volunteers. The Board acts as a resource hub and facilitating body for film and television productions in Union County’s 21 municipalities, and as a liaison with the New Jersey State Film Commission and the New Jersey Film Ready program.

Events
Municipal governments in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Passaic, and Union Counties are invited to participate in a one-day workshop, the first step towards certification.
Representatives will receive training and guidance from industry professionals, local mayors and NJMPTVC Commissioners and staff, and learn about the economic impact of hosting on-location filming, ordinances and permitting, opportunities for small businesses, and the expanding infrastructure.
Why film in Union County?
