About the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP)

The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) is a fantastic opportunity for low-income Union County residents aged 60 or older to receive valuable assistance in the form of e-benefits. Participants in the program are provided with $50.00 in e-benefits that can be utilized for purchasing fresh, locally grown produce from USDA approved farmers markets in New Jersey. This initiative aims to promote healthy eating habits among seniors while also supporting local farmers and the vibrant agricultural community.
