The Union County Board of County Commissioners reminds residents that free immunizations are available to eligible children and adults.

Please Note
Our immunizations come from various funding sources. Some vaccines are provided through the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program by the NJ Department of Health, which has specific eligibility criteria for children. We also have the 317 program, which is similar to VFC but serves adults aged 19 and older, with its own eligibility requirements.
Additionally, we offer vaccines that are privately purchased through grant funds. These are available to all residents of Union County, regardless of insurance status. Currently, these include RSV vaccines for those aged 60 and older, flu vaccines for all ages, and a senior-dose flu vaccine for those aged 65 and older.
