About
Union County School Based Program “Be Brave” will provide school-based prevention and diversion programming events or seminars at schools in Union County. The involved youth will be from 3rd grade to 7th grade. The overall goal is to reduce the number of school referrals due to behavior and mental health concerns, by providing these youth with appropriate services and supports that will meet their needs and help them become successful adults. “Be Brave” programming is broken into five parts: Leadership groups, grade level assemblies, small group sessions, individual and family counseling, and professional development sessions.
