About
UJET was established by the Division of Youth Services in 2004 to provide case management services with recommendations to the family court to make the most efficient use of secure detention and shelter placement. Volunteer members include local service providers, state agency representatives, family court personnel and juvenile justice stakeholders. UJET was a recipient of the national Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Award for Best Practices Model in 2008.
