The Office of Homeless and Housing Continuum of Care (OHHCoC) plays a critical role in providing support and services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity in the local community. The OHHCoC receives federal, state, and local funding to help address the needs of these vulnerable populations, including providing emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing.

The OHHCoC works in partnership with local organizations, government agencies, and service providers to ensure that those experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity have access to safe, stable, and affordable housing, as well as the support services they need to rebuild their lives. The OHHCoC’s mission is to end homelessness in the local community by providing a comprehensive range of services and resources to help individuals and families achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

OHHCoC partners with local community based organizations to provide critical housing services. The Office also offers information and referral to local non-profits whose services include: cash assistance for rent, security, food and utilities; transitional or permanent/supportive housing and emergency shelter
