NOTICE TO PROPOSERS
REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE CONTRACT PROPOSALS
SEALED PROPOSALS will be received by the Director of the Division of Purchasing of the County of Union, New Jersey or her designee on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time in the 3rd Floor Conference Room, U.C. Administration Building, 10 Elizabethtown Plaza, Elizabeth, New Jersey for:
Provider for Student Digital Mental Health & Wellness Pilot Program
RCCP#4-2023
The contract period is anticipated to commence December 11, 2023 for a two (2) year term through December 2025, in accordance with the specifications and forms of the proposal packages furnished by the Division of Purchasing. The County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any and all informalities in the proposal. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A20.4.
Requests for Competitive Contract Proposals may be obtained as of November 8, 2023 by registering and downloading at http://ucnj.org/vendor-opportunities/rfqs-and-rfps/current/ or via U.S. Postal Service upon written request. Fax your request for a proposal package to (908) 558-2548. Proposers should be aware that the County of Union may issue addenda to the Request for Competitive Contract Proposal package. The County of Union is only obligated to inform proposers of such addenda if they have obtained a package directly from the County of Union or have downloaded it from the County of Union’s website.
All questions should be submitted in writing and directed to Michelle Hagopian, Assistant Director, at ucbids@ucnj.org
Proposers are reminded to review their submissions for any information they consider to be confidential. The County of Union will not be responsible for the release of any information contained in the proposal package which may be subject to confidentiality.
Proposal delivery is strongly encouraged to be made via commercial mail carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) so that tracking information is confirmed. The County of Union is not responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Postal Service or any other carrier. No late proposals will be accepted. Proposals submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
All information requested in the Request for Competitive Contract Proposals must be provided or the vendor may be disqualified. All Proposals MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY LABELED, on the outside of the packaging, with the subject of the proposal, name and address of the proposer, phone & fax numbers, and date of the proposal opening. Each proposal must be delivered to reach the Division of Purchasing prior to the stated time of the opening of the proposals.
Proposals will be made in the form required by the specifications and one (1) original paper hard copy, and one (1) electronic copy with the required scanned attachments of the proposal in PDF format on a CD or Thumb Drive submitted in a sealed envelope to:
