His private sector background includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Magis Capital Partners and working extensively in international markets, including Switzerland and Germany, for major financial institutions. A lifelong resident of Union County, Joe is a product of its public education system. He is a graduate of the Union County Magnet High School in Scotch Plains and went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University.
